I Get Around… Some More

woman-typing-at-computer2 The Blood Sugar Whisperer isn’t the only place you can catch me writing about lil’ ole diabetes! I also have some new material floating around the Interwebs…

At A Sweet Life, I share 5 Great Diabetes Apps To Help You Manage Your Health. The post features several DOCers, including new mommy, Kim Vlasnik! Over at Insulin Nation, I talk about different ways to measure insulin resistance (and why it’s important!).

Plus: I’m still plugging away at my first book for young adults with diabetes. I want to thank everyone who has sent me an email over the last couple of weeks. I have so many interested people that I’ve had a hard time keeping up, so if you haven’t heard from me, that doesn’t meant I’m not interested or ignoring you! It just means that I’ve had a hard time carving out time to send an email back with questions. But you will hear from me soon!

I’m still interested in hearing from folks as well. The more the merrier! Specifically, I am looking for young adults with type 2 diabetes and young adults who were diagnosed with type 1 in their twenties. I’m good with young adults who were diagnosed as kiddos for now.

Questions? You know where to find me!

  1. Love reading what you write. Be sure to let me know if you need more input on the topics from people diagnosed type 1 in their 20s!
